Fixed Price Model

A dedicated development Center, which is an extension of the customers software engineering facility. The customer pays the fixed monthly rate for the team.

In this model a major portion of the project is on a fixed price basis and at the same time resources are deployed on a time and material pricing basis. Adopting such a model enables the client to maximize their budgets without compromising any aspect of the project itself

Under this model, we define the business model and work hand in hand with our client for end to end execution of project. The client pays a fixed hourly rate. At times once the scope is frozen the time and material project also gets converted to the fixed price model.

The customer pays a prenegotiated fixed price for the complete project, which in turn is linked to well define deliverables. For any change in scope a predefined fixed hourly rate agreed at the initial stage of start of project is paid. This model is best used when the scope of work is clear.
