Im a Filipino immigrant who came here in the U.S.A, 10 years ago with my wife Rose, who was 6 months pregnant at that time and our son Christian was 5 years old. We came to the States with nothing, except our hope and dream of a better life. Me and my wife are both nurses in the Philippines but worked as nursing aid here for almost one year until we passed the RN licensure test. Im the type of person who loves challenges and Im not scared to work hard.

I decided to partner with Yoli because I know the Yoli founders from my previous business and I really believe in their integrity and leadership. Special thanks to all the founders, to Janice Stieglitz and to Eugene Hong my sponsor for his patience and tenacity to bring me back to Yoli. Im one of the pioneers in Yoli since they launched almost 3 years ago. November 2010, a tremendous storm happened in my personal life. I lost my younger brother and I was in a terrible financial mess! I got out of Yoli for one year and decided to come back when they introduced the Better Body System last October, 2010. Since then, I have doing my Yoli business seriously and I took ownership of my familys future! I was doing Yoli part time for 6 months and working full time with my job as a registered nurse. After 6 months, I was able to walk away from my full time job and make a 6 figure income with Yoli. And the rest is HISTORY!!!

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOLI?

The Yoli OHANA Culture, the premium clean products and the simplicity of the system. The integrity of the leaders and of course Yoli is a lot of FUN!!!

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

Aside from doing my Yoli full time business now, I really do balance my life. During school days I prepare the kids to school, drop and pick them up, attend church mass during the weekend! Me and my wife Rose help each other though she took care mostly of the kids academic studies. I would like to personally thank my kids, Cj and Christian and above all my wife Rose for all the love, support and patience. It makes a BIG difference when your spouse is fully on board to support you in building the family Dream. I also spent an hour on my Kickboxing class and another hour at the gym or at the house to do floor exercises, weight lifting and muscle toning at least 3 times a week. I want to practice what I preach thats why I exercise, eat well and spend time with self-development by reading books and listening to CDs. Lately, I have been traveling a lot to help my team.

WHAT KIND OF ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOLI NATION TO ACHIEVE THE SUCCESS THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY?
The key to success is having a rock solid belief! You need to have an unshakeable belief in the Company, Unshakeable belief in the Products, Unshakeable belief in the Industry, Unshakeable belief in the System and above all, Unshakeable belief in YOURSELF! Then stay focused and be consistent with the Revenue Producing Activities. When I share my Yoli story with people I always make sure that I recruit their hearts! What I mean by that is by selling them the dream that there is hope despite the bad economy or whatever bad things happened in their life. Because when people dream, it creates hope, that creates belief, which turns into actions.

WHAT ARE THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS?

1. Your WHY should be BIGGER than your WHY NOT! Having a Why that can make you cry is important for you to overcome all the challenges, distractions, frustrations and other humps in your way to success. For me, when my brother was murdered and due to my financial meltdown it pushes me to get rid of all the excuses and Im so focused on helping my family. 2. Focus on building relationship and help your team! Our success is based on how many lives you transform. Furthermore, your mentorship and leadership is very important too in achieving success. In the same token you yourself need a great mentor and you need to be accountable for your goals and actions. 3. Following a simple duplicable system and being consistent is the way to go. The BBS home parties combine with the 2x2 Party Pack System is my secret sauce to my teams success! I always teach these 4 Principles: LEARN, APPLY, TEACH, DUPLICATE! Consistency, make it part of your life, just like sleeping, and eating. Your business is you, you represent your business, so do it with pride, honor, with your head up, and be consistent. You have the whole world to sign up.

We both grew up in Iowa in small communities. We love people. We love the simple life! Wendy has her background in sales and marketing. She is happily married to Shane and has two daughters, Paige and Carly. Angie has been a chiropractor for 10 years. She does a wide variety of health and wellness healing services including acupuncture, herbs, bio-identical hormones and detox programs. She has two children, Stryker 9, and Olivia 8. Wendy and Angie both live in Carroll, Iowa. Carroll is a small farming community which is a great place to raise their families.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO PARTNER WITH YOLI?

It just made sense!! Everything from all natural healthy ingredients to an easy to follow system to follow. The leadership was amazing and had incredible vision!! This company is so ahead of the game with Alkalzation and the pH concept. We love the mission statement of Transforming Lives.

Thats a hard one. Its a toss up of leadership, products, the fun culture and the challenge. It is so neat to see the personal growth and transformations on all levels: physical, financial, social, and emotional.

Start the day with Praise and Thanks!! We are both so grateful for the blessings we have in our lives. Our families, faith, friends and opportunities. Once that is done to grow and nourish our Yoli Business daily tasks need to be done such as: checking emails, follow up phone calls, looking for upcoming events, planning for present events, setting goals, attending Better Body Parties, marketing ideas, listening to company calls, reading inspirational books, meeting with people. We hold a weekly overview at Angies clinic every Monday for the BBS. We just share the message!!

WHAT KIND OF ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOLI NATION TO ACHIEVE THE SUCCESS THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY?
Be full of passion to serve!! Be excited to make a difference in others lives. You are making a difference in making our world a healthier place! Our products, system, and Leadership are the best out there. Our company has integrity!!! You need to be consistent!! Each day it is like planting seeds, watering them, weeding them, and then ultimately having an attitude of expectancy of reaping the harvest. You must be a product of the product. Practice what you preach. Be disciplined to do continue learning about the industry. Attend every event you can!!! That is where memories are made and belief is built!! Set GOALS!! We set the goal we wanted to hit Diamond by a certain date, each day we spoke it as truth and we achieved it a month early!! Also we are each all given the same 24 hours, be careful with time management not to get sucked in to energy zapping activities or phone calls. Be a leader and always have an attitude of gratitude.

WHAT ARE THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS?
1. Attitude: Always being grateful and remaining humble, that without our team of people and the companies leadership this wouldnt be as easy!! 2. I was born in the Philippines. I got my B.S. Degree in Medical Technology at the University of San Agustin. I came to US in 1976 and have been a full time employee for 23 years with COCA-COLA as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO PARTNER WITH YOLI?

I am always looking for opportunities to pursue my personal goal of individual wealth and Yoli came off as the perfect vehicle to attain that goal.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOLI?

It is an all natural product and in this age of going green I felt it promoted that movement. I also love the no-nonsense approach the product has towards potential customers achieving their personal weight loss/health and fitness and the bottom line is that it really works!

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

A typical day for me is approximately 10 hours in my full time job which does not physically affect me anywhere near as much as it once did before I started taking the product myself. I then move into promoting the product which is a breeze because it speaks for itself.

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO HAVE REACH DIAMOND IN JUST 2 WEEKS?
Unreal and exciting. I would be lying if I didnt say I was competitive. Yoli is an amazing opportunity for anyone with the smallest ounce of business intuition, and the timing couldnt be more perfect. Its exciting to break a record and set the bar just a little higher for the next generation to follow. I cant wait till the day where 2 week Diamonds becomes sort of a norm (hopefully not TOO soon. LOL). And I honestly cant wait till the day that I can shake the hand of the future YOLI member who hits DOUBLE DIAMOND in the first 2 weeks! It WILL happen. Not a matter of IF, but when! But above all, Im truly thankful and feel so blessed. Thankful to have such an awesome, supportive, and positive team who got behind the record run they knew this run couldnt have been REMOTELY possible on my efforts alone. They really are integral in the whole run coming together.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY WERE THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN HELPING YOU ACHIEVE THIS GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT?
1) Setting a clear and solid goal! I created and gauged a goal that would be just slightly out of my comfort zone and reach. If your goals dont test you, stretch you, or work you then youll NEVER get better. I felt pretty comfortable that an Emerald run could be fairly possible, but I knew the DIAMOND run would require everything I got! 2) Immediate and massive action! So many YOLI family members have already messaged me asking Howd you do it? Whats the secret? and I WISH there WAS something I could share with them but there isnt! I was literally doing meetings the SAME day I was signing my YOLI agreement to enroll. I setup 2-3 meetings a DAY! I had 5-6 new YOLI team members signed up the VERY same day my position was enrolled! By the 2nd day, we had a BBS party scheduled, and we were hosting a party EACH and EVERY NIGHT! I made it a goal to TRY to bring in approximately 2-3k in volume EACH DAY! I know it sounds crazy, but when youre HUNGRY, FOCUSED, and MOTIVATED get OUT OF THE WAY! The awesome part is that my enthusiasm and excitement was contagious: within a day or 2, my teams were infected with the YOLI excitement, and began to slowly reach out to their prospects and friends. People who were just barely getting started were bringing their new guests to the very next BBS party (sometimes even on the SAME day)! 3) REMAIN COACHABLE It was easy to start building my YOLI business the way I have built all my other MLM businesses before. But my sponsor/upline, Eugene Hong, kept reminding me that I would be able to pass the baton a LOT QUICKER here in YOLI. He told me to quickly identify my leaders/and up n comers, and force them to host their own BBS parties! This is VERY different from the way we used to build. We used to have to corral the teams into ONE central location, with ONE main speaker, with ONE main leader and hope that the teams would huddle around this one source of growth. In YOLI, we REALLY bring the empowerment process to YOUR own living room!

HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSFORMING SO MANY LIVES SO QUICKLY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE?
Gosh Ive dedicated ALL 11 years of my career to this WONDERFUL wellness industry. I NEVER marketed a service, or bogus product. Its ALWAYS been a wellness product that had the potential of bettering someones life! It feels GOOD to know that you can go to sleep at night knowing YOUVE potentially (small or big) changed the course of someones life for the better! I quickly realized that a sincere and thankful testimonial from a customer is MORE fulfilling than a commission check!

So many people fail to realize that you shouldnt run your business with the primary objective of making money or profits. HELP people! SERVE people! TRANSFORM people! the MORE you do that, coincidentally, the more your checks WILL grow! Be PART of a company that MAKES a difference, and not just a check! Were getting so many texts messages and emails from people seeing results they never imagined were possible! My partner, and good friend, Dr. Mike Okouchi has been recommending these great products to his own patients and clients. He puts HIS reputation, as a wellness expert/ practitioner on the line each time he does it. The AWESOME part is hes getting tear filled thank yous from so many of his patients! SIMPLY AWESOME!

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THE FUTURE?

DOUBLE DIAMOND? hahaha. just kidding. No, but seriously it is. But i KNOW to get there, I need to advance my teams. Again, TAKE the focus OFF of yourself! The sooner a rep realizes that it isnt about THEM, but others the sooner your teams will grow! This isnt the Daniel Song show its our teams! I want to get 20 people in my teams YOLI Car Qualified by the end of this year! I told Eugene Hong, that I want to take a team photo by January 1st, 2013 with at least 20 sparkling white luxury cars and our teams standing behind them!

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SITTING ON THE SIDELINES?
DONT wait! dont let your EGO, pride, stubbornness, and fear get in the way of your POTENTIAL success and opportunity! the growth is REAL, the products are LEGIT, and the opportunity is SOLID! Dont wait till YOLI becomes big to finally try it its NO secret that the pioneers and early adopters are the ones who are MOST handsomely rewarded for their work. People will look at YOLI the question you have to ask yourselves is: do you want them below you or above you? TIMING is 80% of ANY opportunity ALL the skills/techniques wont help you build something thats already in full market saturation. YOU might do well, but it will be ANOTHER story for your teams!
