Naveena Exports Limited is a modern textile group specializing in yarn spinning, denim fabric weaving and garment production, established in 1965 with a single Composite Knit Unit under the dynamic leadership of Late Mr. Riaz Ahmed Tata. Since then Naveena Group has grown tremendously and performed beyond expectations. With an objective to serve todays diverse and innovative market needs, the group broadened its operations in the field of textile. With no time the vision personified into reality with the continually evolving product line mainly offer 3 series of products, including Cotton Yarn, Denim Fabric and Garments. At present, our annual outputs are: 10 million kgs of cotton yarn, 36 million meters of denim fabrics and 2.4 million pieces of garments. We are offering the widest ranges of denim fabrics, from basic to stretch, to slub / cross hatches, both in ring and open end yarns. These distinct premium designs also using exciting special yarns like BAMBOO & ORGANIC COTTON, poly mix fiber technologies like T-400 (DUPONT), Reflex and XPANDEX (TRIVERA) and denim processes like flat finish, Over dyed , Reversible & Technical Denim all in a variety of shades and colors. On the Garments side, we produce 5-pocket jeans for well-known brands in Europe and the United States. Infrastructure
To produce quality goods, and that too on time, you need a best production facility, capable of taking on any challenge thrown at you. In this regard, Naveena Group possesses the best infrastructure that has the ability and potential to give you quality products. To cope up with the commitment of timely delivery, all energy requirements of the Plant are met through In-House Power Generation. Gas Generators which consist of the brand Caterpillar, are assured self-reliance and uninterrupted power supply. Developing and marketing an environment friendly product range is one of the key goals at Naveena. To comply with healthy environment inside and outside of Naveena we constructed Waste Water Treatment Plant which biologically treats chemically contaminated water by activated oxidation process to utilize resources in much better way. Quality of water play a very important role in the dyeing process. To maintain good TDS & PH value of the water, Reverse Osmosis plant has been installed at the facility, providing pure soft water required to achieve quality standards to give consistent shades in the Dyeing & Finishing Process. The factory is equipped with Boiler, Compressor, Employee Caefteria, CCTV, Fire Fighting system, emergency exists, first aid supplies and Mosque. Our in-house doctor examines the workers regularly. Naveena Group has been the pace setter in Pakistan by adopting scientific management techniques in the Textile Industry. For the purpose, an MIS department was established quite early on and it plays a significant role. We consider it as the backbone of the company. Amongst the textile sector in Pakistan, our I.T. operational model is an exception. The MIS department has an in-house intellectual software development facility for delivering a powerful stack of technology and comprehensive pre-integrated enterprise business applications. These applications contain key functionality built specifically to enhance top-level management's control over routine operations and to support their decisions.
