Study the characteristics of appointment system. Study the appointment procedure of apex hospital. Collect the data from e- resource about different appointment system. Talk to the IT manager. Talk to the IT assistant. Talk to the customer of Apex hospital. Collect the data by primary and secondary sources. Make a comparative study. Identify the feasibility for the new system in organization. Identify the benefits of the new system.

BENEFITS OF THE STUDY:-

1) An orderly and convenient methodology by which patients can access treatment. 2) It will provide new perspectives about the online appointment system. 3) Study will help the organization to identify the advantage and disadvantage of the existing appointment system and explore the new opportunities to adopt the new appointment system. 4) Study helps to reduce the patient inconvenience and frustration when compared to the older system where patients had to physically queue on a first-come first-served basis rather than queue electronically. 5) Rapid initial assessment of the patients condition over the phone. This method quickly and conveniently determines the priority of the patient and frees up trained clinicians time so that they in turn can treat more patients.

6) Increased availability of treatment because of improved resource management via the roster management. 7) It helps the organization to increase its productivity by treating more number of patients.
