4. Analysis of PKSR 1 Refer to attachment.

5. Post Mortem PKSR 1 5.1 Each teacher read the percentage of their own classes and discuss on the problems. 5.2 3 Cerdas and 3 Cerdik Good achievement. 4 Cerdas and 4 Cerdik Some of the pupils are having attitude problems. They did not complete their homeworks, and tasks given by the teacher. They also keep repeating mistakes in punctuations, especially when answering questions on information transfer. 5 Cerdas and 5 Cerdik Very lack of vocabulary. Prefer to just copy the phrases rather than trying to write sentences. They always depending for some input from the teacher.

6. Post Mortem for 2012 Activities

English Month 6.1 Was well done by all the panel members. Also shown a good quality of performances, by all the classes from Year 1 to Year 6. 6.2 Pn Krishnaveni stated that she has gotten the feedback for English Month by En Khairul Fuad, Miss Chong and herself. The English Month programme will be carried out again in Year 2013. Grammar Song 6.3 The lyrics for Grammar Song has been distributed to all the pupils from Year 1 to Year 6. Anyway for those pupils who still do not have the lyrics, they should be reminded to photocopy it from their friends. 6.4 Every Wednesday pupils will sing two songs The More We Learn and Grammar Song. The English teachers are reminded to teach the children these two songs during their English class.

English Week 6.5 For the English Week programme, the big number of booklet has been sold but surprisingly, very few participants from pupils of Level 1 and Level 2 took part in the competitions. The programme will be carried again on next year but teachers need to continuously encourage the pupils to send their entries.

8. Others 8.1 Pn Krishnaveni reminded the English teachers to complete the PKSR 1 subject headcount.
