ELLAZAR, PECE Instructor I Mobile number: +639328829897 E-mail: ece20897@yahoo.com Consultation Hour: Sunday 11:30 12:00 Consultation Venue: Faculty Room COURSE DESCRIPTION: Introduction to quantum mechanics of solid state electronics; diode and transistor characteristics and models (BJT and FET); diode circuit analysis and applications; transistor biasing; small signal analysis; large signal analysis; transistor amplifiers; Boolean logic; transistor switch. CREDIT UNITS: 3 units lecture/1 unit laboratory Prerequisite: Physics 2, Integral Calculus PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES The various Engineering programs will enable its graduates to: 1. Be effective in engineering design and the practical application of engineering theory in accordance with high standards of ethics. 2. Demonstrate effective communication skills and exhibit teamwork. 3. Be successfully employed or accepted into graduate programs and serve their communities, whether locally, nationally or globally.
