PT. Saint Moritz Mining is a potential mining company in Indonesia with several mining projects throughout Indonesia. Besides our own projects and concession areas, we also have several joint-cooperation projects with other companies, either by Royalty Fee, as the Funder or other agreements. Currently we are focusing with: Iron Ores Mining Project in Aceh Selatan ( East Aceh - A regency at the eastern part of Aceh Province in eastern side of Sumatera that has many mining products deposits ). The concession area is 18,000 hectares with its loading point at Tapak Tuan. We pursue the production and shipment of about 5,000 7,000 MT per 2 3 days for this project. Iron Ores Mining Project in Padang West Sumatera ( A regency that is rich in iron ore deposits). The loading point is at Teluk Bayur Port, Padang, West Sumatera. We pursue the production and shipment of 30,000 MT to 60,000 MT per month.

We also have a potential Iron Ores and Iron Sands Mining Project in Sikka, Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Indonesia. The area is around 5,000 hectares with exploration indicates a quality of 63%-61% and estimated deposit around 35 millions MT. Steam Coal Mining Project in Kalimantan Timur ( East Kalimantan A regency that has abundant Steam Coal deposits ). Currently we have a concession area of more than 5,000 hectares, and the estimated deposit in this concession area for Steam Coal type 6,000 calories and Up is more than 30 millions MT. The loading point for this project is at Adang Bay ( / or Muara Berau / Muara Jawa) - Kalimantan Timur. Besides, we are also in negotiation stage ( JO / TO ) with three other companies for Steam Coal Mining Project with total concession area to be 18,000 hectares and estimated deposits to be more than 50 millions MT. It is estimated that these areas to have Steam Coal type GCV 5,800 Kcal/Kg and Up and 6,500 Kcal/Kg and Up. The locations are at Kalimantan Timur (/East Kalimantan), Kalimantan Tengah (/Central Kalimantan) and Kalimantan Selatan (/South Kalimantan). We also have a potential Nickel Ores Project in Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara (South East Sulawesi), the area is around 2,700 hectares with exploration indicated the quality of Ni 1.81.85, and estimated deposit around 15 millions MT. This is also in negotiation stage for JO / TO, and we plan to build smelters for this Nickel Ores in order to enhance the value of the product and in accordance with the Indonesian Government Regulations. Besides, we are also in negotiation stage for a Joint Operation with a Nickel company abroad in Moro Island, Philippines. The concession area is about 10,000 hectares with early exploration indicating a quality of Ni 1.8 and Up and estimated deposit about 43 millions MT. Our projects involve exploration, new target generation and the establishment of support infrastructure including upstream, midstream and downstream facilities together with production, processing, transportation and distribution developments. A detailed feasibility study for each project is currently being undertaken and is expected to be completed in the near future. Early indications show environmental and community issues can be adequately managed while investigation into financial returns provide positive results for the viability of the project and indicates a good Return on Investment for project shareholders. Our projects mine-development will be undertaken with a view to promote opportunity within the region for employment, training and education of the local people. Also the improvement of infrastructure and facilities will benefit the region together with generally improving the

prosperity of the province. Attention to the environment, ethics, health and safety, communities, labour practices and woman and children development will also be included in the projects agenda.
