CODE OF CONDUCT A student who violates the Capiz National High School Code of Conduct and the existing rules and regulations by the Department of Education shall be dealt with or dropped from the school rolls. School officials and teachers have the right to impose appropriate and reasonable disciplinary measures in case of minor offenses or infractions of good discipline. 1. Students shall not carry deadly and/or harmful weapons of any kind. 2. Students shall not at all times bring to school premises any alcoholic drinks or enter the school premises under the influence of liquor. 3. Students shall not vandalize school properties like writing on walls, tables, chairs, destroying blackboards and the like. 4. Students are prohibited from gambling inside the school premises. 5. Students are prohibited from smoking and indulging in drug abuse. Any student caught indulging in harmful drugs will automatically be expelled. 6. Students are prohibited from joining in any fraternity. Students who initiates trouble within the school premises shall be subjected to disciplinary action. 7. Students shall not bring to school literature, pictures or objects that are subversive in nature and/or morally offensive. 8. Students shall not forge signatures or make alterations in any documents of the school. 9. Students shall not disturb classes by loitering or sitting on the rails of the corridor or standing at open doors while classes are going on. 10. Students shall not throw waste paper or other rubbish in the school premises except into the trash cans. 11. Students shall at all times be neat and clean in their clothing, descent in their language, respectful and courteous to their peers, teachers and other school officials. 12. Students should wear their prescribed uniforms. Boys should wear white T-shirt and dark colored pants and girls should wear white blouse and blue skirt (below the knee). 13. Students are not allowed to enter the school without school I.D. I.Ds shall be worn at all times inside the school campus. 14. Students shall not engage in extortion or ask money from others. 15. Male students are not allowed to wear earrings, hip-hop pants, and sandals inside the school premises. 16. Male students are not allowed to sport long hair longer than one inch. 17. Students who incur five (5) consecutive absences shall be on provision, ten (10) consecutive absences shall automatically be dropped from school unless for justifiable reasons.
