First of all I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunities to introduce myself .

Academic
I am raymond ---- manipur---- imphal , I have done my --- schooling till 10ht standard at Don Bosco Imphal then I had my +1 and +2 at Montfort Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School ----after that I had my Eng at Nandha Eng on BE CSE -------then I had my MBA hr and Operation at Karunya University at Coimbatore .

project
I did my MBA Project on Logica Pvt Ltd Bang , on a top Study on effectiveness of logica recruitment and selection Process working as a trainee for three month during my internship project.

Extra cultural Activities

Apart from my academic , I participated in my events, social service activites & workshops, which helps to improve my technical skills. And also participated in several management games and got a couple of prizes too.

Area of interest
My area of interest is on Human Resource and Management Operation.

My hobbies Listening Music, Reading Novels Playing Football & Basketball

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

No one can say the exact position after 5 years. But I am sure that, I will continue to grow and will become a valuable assest and back bone of the organization. You will be proud to say that u have made the right choice ,5 years from now.

Well, I got the commitment an and objectives to do things right at the first time itself and I am a hard working, self motivated guy and I am so sure that I will be a valuable asset to meet your organization goals and Objectives .

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strength: I am a smart working person and I try to do things right at the first time itself, I have self confidence and motivation to meet my objectives. And I play a good team work too. Weaknesss: Well being a fresher, I do lack certain industrial exposure and I need to learn a lots.

Why do you want to work at our company?

it was my wish to start my carrier with a multinational company and. Being a fresher , stepping into a big company like your's is a big challenge and attaning a remarkable experience would be the greatest assets to me. i will be update my knowledge and skills along with organization's growth.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

The only difference is success or failure . If we can do certain work at the right time that was expected then its confidence and if we cant that becomes over confidence

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard Work means putting the best est to do a job by giving as maximum as possible efforts. But smart work means doing the same job with best utilization of resources with minimum effort and time with excellent result.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

I always prefer completing my work in time.but if the company is in need of my work at nights and weekends..then i'll surely take the responsibilty and work over the hours for that.

Can you work under pressure?

Yes, of course. A good employee must have the capability to work under any situation. It is in our hand to handle the stress and strain in a right way efficiently to attain success. Pressure is something what we creates and then we are forced to overcome it. In my opinion if we are correct and puntual there is no need to push ourself into such situations.

What are your goals?

My short term goal -is to get placed in one of the good reputed company like urs.and my long term goal is -to acquire a higher position in the same organization where i'm respected and admired by the people.

What motivates you to do good job?

My passion to learn new things and enhance my knowledge and skills, develop my abilities in a proper direction and the fact that your organisation can provide me a good platform to achieve this motivates me.

What makes you angry?

Well time and tides makes someone angry for that moment but I guess
Irresponsible behavior and repeating the same mistakes do makes me angry .

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

As long as i would be valuable assets for the organization i would like to work in organization. there will be no need for me to shift over another company.

Are not you overqualified for this position?

I cant say i'm over qualified but can say well qualified. I am just a fresher and i dont have any experience but willing to get an good experience.

What are your career options right now?

I am looking for stability, as well as growth, working in an organization.

I will carry out the task that is assign as much as I can with the best efforts

Would you lie for the company?

, but I stand not to lie, It depends on situation. coz sometimes I may face a situation to hide the company advantages in market against competitors.
