Consequent upon the provision of govt. of the Punjab notification administration

information department letter no. SCR-III-2-42/92 Dated 18-02-1997 Mr. Mehmood s/o ali khan,
whose father was deceased is hereby appointed as CLASS-IV /L.A at Govt. Boys High School
Thatta Khalil Tehsil Taxila Rawalpindi, against the vacant post in BPS No.01 (4800-150-9300
) plus usual allowance as admissible under rules on the following terms and conditions.
1. The appointment id made on purely temporary / officiating basis and liable to terminated
on one month notice or surrendered on month pay in lieu thereof.
2. The production of medical fitness certificate issued by the M/S District Head quarter
Hospital Rawalpindi.
3. The service rules will be governed under the education deptt. Service rule amended from
time by time.
4. No TA/DA is allowed to join this post.
5. If the candidate accepts the offer he should report his place of posting within 10 days
after the issuance of this order. Otherwise the order will stand automatically canceled. He
should also produce his original documents to the head of institution for verification.
