In addition to a high throughput of sending and receiving SMS with detailed message logs, our messaging solutions offer options for creating a schedule to automatically send SMS on a specific day at a specific time. The schedules can be set to a daily frequency, weekly frequency, monthly frequency or a one-time only schedule, plus outstanding capabilities for migration to future technologies that build upon your initial investment.

3 Scope
3.1 Objective
Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is submitting this proposal on request from your organization for SMS ConneXion International Messaging Gateway. It has been identified that the activity of message broadcast, scheduling, message receiving can be automated and managed through SMS ConneXion International Messaging Gateway.

3.2 Key Requirements

3.3 Proposed Solution

Celusion Technologies proposes SMS ConneXion International Messaging Gateway which has been deployed in production environments since 2006. This gateway with capabilities to connect to multiple SMSC via SMPP protocol, which is the industry standard in wireless messaging is an appropriate choice to send and receive SMS. The gateway with its flexible choices of API, XAPPS and Connectors provide various means of enhancing legacy systems to support messaging.

The gateway has front-end tools like a web application, desktop application with wizards to integrate with third party systems like ERP, CRM etc, mobile application to send bulk SMS on the move. The gateway facilitates sending of SMS, receiving of SMS and applying message rules to it, creating interactive SMS applications quickly with the using our API for both incoming as well as outgoing SMS.

7 Support and Maintenance

1. Support, maintenance and upgrades for the software will be provided free of cost. 2. Support includes a. On-site support within India or remote support internationally b. Troubleshooting errors / bugs or performance issues c. Installation of software upgrades

8 Payment Terms
1. Payment to be made in favor of Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. either through Cheque / Demand Draft or Bank Remittance 2. Payment to be made 100% in advance

9 Terms and Conditions

1. Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any failure in delivery of SMS messages due to illegible or not working mobile numbers or due to the incorrect format of uploaded mobile numbers. 2. Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any delivery related issues & service level assurances, once the SMS messages leave Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. SMS Application and reach the telecom operators SMS Gateway. There is a delivery re-try function for failed messages for up to 3 re-tries. If however messages are not delivered even after this, we then delete the submission and are not liable for re-submission or delivery as these are dependant on various interconnect telecom networks. 3. No obscene / secular / spamming messages allowed through the network. 4. Alpha numeric and numeric sender name rules are subject to changes by the telecom regulatory in the recipients country 5. Delivery reports are subject to the reports provided by the mobile service provider. 6. In case Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. SMS services are used for marketing or product promotions any customer complaints on this, Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any legal or commercial terms and if there are any costs at our end on this, these will be transferred 100% to the client. 7. Content & Acceptance Liability: Celusion or Celusion representatives participating are not liable for content hosted by users of this system and the portal this system is hosted on; the site should have a strict policy which users will have to agree on before hosting is made available to them. All content put on this system by Celusion, under engagement for services, shall be duly approved by the customer and thereafter, shall be considered as representations of the owner to which only the owner of the content shall be liable. Thus, in no manner shall the content put online by any user be deemed, considered as or construed to be representation of or by Celusion. 8. Additional Functionality: Charges for functionality or features that are required to be developed and deployed for the solution that are not present in this contract shall be negotiated and finalized in another appending contract. 9. Taxes: Taxes levied upon the cost of this proposal shall be excluded from this proposal pricing. All taxes, governmental or otherwise will not be deducted from payments made to Celusion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the purpose of this project. 10. Proposal Validity: This proposal is valid for a maximum period of 20 days from the last date of revision.
