Rotary Piston Pump Series VPS

Application: for gentle transfer and dosing of low viscous to pasty liquids in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Range of applications: cream, yogurt, margarine, quark, butter, yeast, sugar solutions, fruit concentrate, essences, syrup, chocolate, cream fillings, tomato ketchup, pudding, marmalade, jelly, salad dressing, mayonaise, dough, fat, oil, yolk, egg white, potato salad, soup, minced meat, sausage filling, latex emulsion, cream lotion, shampoo

Design: complete with gear motor or variable control gear with flexible coupling and coupling protection mounted on stainless steel ground plates. Special design: mechanical seal with rinsing water connection, pump housing heatable. Connection: thread according to DIN 11.851, flanges according to DIN or pipe thread optional

Technical Data: made of CrNiMo-steel, material no. 1.4401 parts in contact with liquids polished flow rate 120 m3/h max. flow head 10 bar max., special type available for 14 bar max. with exterior mechanical seals with open lantern between motor and product chamber

simple dismantling shaft nut self-locking in case of one rotation direction, special type available for both directions contactless working rotors minimal backflow of liquids of viscosities exceeding 400 mPas
