Sub: AP, RVM (SSA) deputed to district level observers for Meena Radio Programme Teacher Training at Divisional Level and Teleconferencing Programme to all MEOs, MRPs, Head Master of Upper Primary Schools, High Schools, Municipal Schools, Higher Secondary Schools and Special Officers of KGBV Schools on 09.8.2012 between 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm - Reg ******

All the Project Officers of RVM(SSA) in the State are here by informed that it is being organized Teacher Training Programmes from 02.8.2012. Hence the district level observers are deputed to monitoring the Teacher Training Programmes, the allotted Monitoring Officers list is enclosed here with. The allotted Officers also requested to monitor the Teacher Training Centres as allotted districts and the reports shall be furnished to Distance Education Coordinator. The Project Officers are requested to make necessary arrangements i.e., Boarding, Lodging and Transportation to the Monitoring Officers. Monitoring Officers T.A and D.A shall be paid from State Office. Further it is informed that a Teleconferencing Programme is proposed to conduct to all MEOs, MRPs, Head Master of Upper Primary Schools, High Schools,
Municipal Schools, Higher Secondary Schools and Special Officers of KGBV Schools on 09.8.2012 between 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm. Therefore all the Project Officers of RVM(SSA) are requested identify Teleconferencing Centers and allot one Center incharge for smooth conducting of the Teleconferencing Programme on 09.08.2012 between 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm and inform to above participants to attend the Teleconferencing Programme. T.A and D.A shall be paid as per Teleconferencing norms as given earlier. This has got the approval the State Project Director
