Further a wet swabbed floor attracts dust particles which help bacteria breed further. More so it is incomplete and time consuming. Isnt it? Different Vacuum Cleaner models are Euro clean turbo. 7.1 FINDINGS:
Eureka Forbes Ltd is a direct selling organization.

All the employees in the

organization are getting right compensation package.

64

Some of the employees are over burdened, no job match with KSAs (Knowledge

Skill Abilities). The companys main target is to hire people from Rural Area. They do not look for high educated people for employment.
Every employee in the organization enjoys very well.

Company celebrates Birthday of each and every employee.

There is a good interaction between the co- workers.

Every employee is getting right support from their supervisors. In the organization seniors encourage their subordinates to take up challenging assignment. Communication skills of the service people are average.
Most of the employees are satisfied with their salary, working hours etc.

Every employee feels safe and secure in the organization.

7.2 SUGGESTIONS:
In accordance to this the company should maintain the job satisfaction. The company should identify some more factors which will lead to the job satisfaction, and the employees will be highly satisfied. All seniors should encourage their subordinates to take up challenging assignments.
Should have regular meeting and conference with dealers and partners. The company must make sure that the work is not over burdened which lead to

attrition that affects the companys productivity. So the company must cut down the work. If there is no match with the KSAs then the company will not be able to utilize the core skills of the employee which leads to the delay in training and improving the employees. Hence while recruiting this factor must be considered by the company. There must be free flow of communication within superiors and employees which overcomes miscommunication.
