Introduction: CUTLASS is a new venture from Coventry University designed to safeguard resources on behalf of and for the behalf of, its student. Moreover, CUTLASS system protects students devices from loss or theft, and enables students to follow up on these devices remotely online. This document describes team work meeting and their agenda and discuss during Iteration phase of CUTLASS system. Actions We discuss about the artifacts, and some of us have general questions about artifacts, therefore we tried to help each other. We decide to distribute the artifacts randomly between team members. As the team group is 5 members so each member have to take 2 artifacts. In addition, each user must author one artifact from management that based on course work conditions. The questions are as the following : - Is there are limits for numbers of words for each artifact? - Are to members able to share one artifact? - How members are will assess for the artifacts? General discussion about all the artifacts and what the risk we might face in this project. Also what the project requirement as well as Hanan wrote all the finding from this discussion.

Use-Case Model + survey artifact

Actions We have simplified and analyzed what the project about it. And we had concluded the following: - The target of the system is to take back the lost or theft device. - To achieve this target, what we need? - We have to design a website - Student have register with the system through the website - Then student should add one device or more such as (Laptop, mobile phone etc.) on the system. - Device to be added must be exist in CUTLASS system. That means the device is compatible with CUTLASS system. - If the device lost or stolen the student must be able to report that in the system. - Student after reporting must be able to track his/her own device through the system. Also should be able to know some activity such as GPS position point, pictures, track keyboard activity and track web browser. - So by tracking device activity the student will be able to find his/her device. Zainab had a problem in understating the side notes that in Use case model and survey template. However, we tried to understand these notes but unfortunately we couldnt so we decide to ask the lecturer.

Actions We discussed about the potential risk of CUTLASS system. The finding were as following : - Risk of losing the database. - Risk if the system have used to spy on others student devices. - Cost of the project. There are many different devices so each platform need particular software to be installed. There are no template for Reviews Record so Saud decide to make his own template after asking the lecturer.
