We recommend that the mold/mildew of affected areas be remediated along the D.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. Observations includedwater stainsin walls with moisturegreaterthan20% WME, dirty filter, mold growthon the AHU coils, dirty handlerwalls, a water leak from waterheater,and a full waterdrip pan(rusted).It wasnotedthat the waterheaterhadpreviouslycaughtfired.
