; When I first get to the Site you call AT&T to Log-in before you enter the site and

say: Call AT&T @ # (925) 474-1351 Hi my name is________ , company name is________ , Site id #____ , I will be performing 4C Integration and it will be service effecting. They will tell you that they will check the site and call you back. Note: Make sure you get the Time you logged-in with them and the name of the Tech you spoke with! While waiting on AT&T to call you back check the site area out. Note: How to tell the difference of a 3106 and a 3206 Cabinet. 3106 Cabinet will have the Radios for the RF-Jumpers located on the bottom of the Cabinet and the Batteries will be located inside the cabinet too. 3206 Cabinet will have the Radios for the RF-Jumpers located on the top of the Cabinet and the PSU-DC located on the bottom of the Cabinet. After the AT&T tech calls you back and says everything is good to go, Now you now can call the NIC to Log-in. Call NIC @ (877) 748-5444 and enter pass code 6706981# Then Speak your name and it will put you into the conference bridge. Once youre on the bridge now you will need to state your info and nature of your call. Hi my name is________ , company name is________ , CCB #____ , your contact number______ , activities of doing the 4C integration and tell them if its a stand alone or cross over. Note: Make sure to get the NIC techs name. Now check out your RF-Jumpers and co-site cables. 1st verify if your RF-Jumpers are long enough to swing over (the 5-bands of tape ONLY) 2nd take all you PRE-pictures. 1st plug in your USB to serial cable and Emily cable to the (Test port) 2nd Open your (hyper terminal Software) to connect to the site. When you first open the software click (enter) and you should see the $ sign.

Now follow this example to login to the site. Login:rbs Passcode:rbs Or Login:rbs Passcode:rbs(site#) Once youre in the site, now type Ifconfig That will give you your IP Address Now disconnect that cable and plug in you Emily to land cable and change you land setting to match the sites IP Address and make sure to add 1 number to the last number . Now open you rbs element manger and type in the Sites IP Address, Name the site and click Add then Connect. This will bring up the element manager to get the following print Screen shots.

Licensing = 1 Then click on MO Property

SOFTWARE
Then click on UP Then Click on CV

ALARMS
Then click on Alarms list It will open up a NEW window and then do a print screen

Now you can install your Radios, FUs, wires and cables. Note: When dressing the wires on the 850 Radios and FUs, make sure to go the same path as the 1900s are. Note: make sure that when you install the (Emily) cables in, that you start from left to right Alpha (Orange) Beta (Blue) Gamma (White) and then straight down into (E, C, A) When installing the Power cables into the CB4, CB6 and CB8, make sure to pull out the black plastic cap First. Note: Make sure that the breakers are ALL turned OFF!!! Note: DO NOT TURN ON THE POWER ON THE CB4, CB6 AND CB8 UNTIL YOU CALL THE NIC AND HAVE THEM LOCK DOWN THE SITE!!!!! Note: DO NOT PLUG IN THE POWER CABLE ON THE (PSU DC) UNTIL YOU CALL THE NIC AND HAVE THEM LOCK DOWN THE SITE!!!!! Once you have dressed all your wires and cables, you can now call the NIC and say: Im finish with my installation and Im ready for you to lock down my site.

Now call the NIC back and ask if you can push in your boards (RAX & TX boards) Once the NIC says yes, then go ahead and push the boards in and install the power cables on the (PSU DC) and turn the power on the (CB4, CB6, CB8) Now call the NIC back and say I have installed my cards, can I unlock my RAX boards now? To unlock your RAX boards, go to: Equipment subrack = 1 Then highlight the slot for the (NEW) RAX board that you want to unlock. Then click on the + box underneath, then on the drop down menu do a right click on plug in unit. Then the property will show a menu then click the option to unlock the RAX board Note: make sure to click on (Apply) After you have unlocked your RAX boards, now call the NIC and ask them to unlock you TX boards for you. Once you see the boards all have (Green) lights, no call the NIC back and ask if its ok to load you Scripts?

To load Scripts
Go to tools at the top of the screen

Click on Modify RBS Equipment Configuration and load the scripts that you were emailed. Note: The Add PSU should always have the number 4. If the # is anything other then the # 4 then you will need to make changes to the script. Note: if you need to modify the script and make any changes then do a right click on Add sectors or Add PSU then click on notepad then it will open the script in a (NEW) window and you can now make the changes as needed. Next you will call the NIC and inform them that you have loaded your scripts and notify the NIC that they can now load their baseline. Then the NIC will call you back and inform you if its ok for you to now swing your RF-Jumpers and connect your Co-Site Cables? Note: The jumpers that you will be swinging will be the Orange, Blue and White with the 5 bands of tape Now call the NIC back and tell them youre finish with swinging your RF-Jumper and ask them to turn on the 4C cabinet and get the UARFCN (control channel) and scrambling codes for the test call. Once you see the (Amber) lights blinking, the site is up and ready for you to start programming your test phone.

How to set up your test phone: Main menu go to <pocket menu> <cell control> <lock WCDMA> <set UARFCN to 4360> <SC> Each sector will be programmed with a different scrambling code Note: connect your test phone to your laptop Now do a data speed test.. Go to: speakeasy.com then access a server, then click on the test button at the bottom of the screen. It will perform an upload and down load speed test. The results will print on the bottom of the screen. Print-screen this and put it as you 1st post screen print. Now do you Post-print screen shots. Note: follow the same steps as you did for the (Pre-print screen shots) Now take you Post-pictures. Now call the NIC and have them to do a Post-check. Once they say its all clear and everything is good. Now call AT&T and log-out

Note: Make sure that ALL cabinets are closed!!! Make sure that Everything is complete before you call them to log out!!! If you do not and theres a cabinet door open or such, you will get a call from AT&T regarding that alarm and have to correct it then wait (Again) for them to call you back to log out!

Note: On the report the 3518 has a RRU
