traveled to New York to conduct critical witness interviews of

An Excel spreadsheet ,as been created to track thf .
items of value that passed from to b6 -4
Lewis andLor his staff. The benefits that flowed from Lewis's b7c -4
office to c=J were also tracked to include meetings granted and
earmarks. The spreadsheet continues to be a work in progress as
the final items of evidence are being reviewed.

In March of 2008,
advised ould voluntarily appear to be
lnterviewed. No date for that interview.
CURRENT STATUS OF EVIDENCE
Currently, all evidence has been reviewed with the
exception of the last portion of Lewis's production. Lewis,
through his attorneys, has voluntarily provided a substantial
amount of documentation in response to requests made by the USAO.
The last production, approximately 17,000 pages, has not been
completely reviewed.
At this time, Riverside RA has exhausted all resources.
The writer is awaiting an impending transfer to FBIHQ and SAr----l b6 -1
I lis fully assigned to work other PC matters. Any b7c -1
investigative requests made by the USAO will be presented to wcc-
4 for action appropriate. It is requested this matter be
reassigned to SAL I
