We created the Prime Strategy program to mirror what we have done to grow our own agency and what we know to work. Every product, service or tool that weve applied to drive our own internal sales weve incorporated into our most comprehensive service to date. The Prime Strategy is focused solely on the mission of driving new business, reach and sales for our clients using our laser focused methods developed from our other programs, including every tool we have to assist the process.
Prime Strategy
We developed the Prime Strategy based solely on what has worked for Richter to drive our new business reach and sales efforts. Weve grown by over 500% over the past two years with the Prime Strategy fueling our growth. We looked at everything that weve done to attain our growth and we created a comprehensive program that we deliver to our clients to mirror our own model. The result is a program that essentially hires our entire agency, with all of our resources, to do everything that we know to work best, and in sufcient volume. Prime will change the way you view all of your sales cultivation methods and will make our agency mission critical to your company. By now youre probably wondering what we deliver and how. Target Public
While a lot of companies talk about their demographic or they may have a broad idea of who they sell to, the research and identication of the exact target public has not been done. Why? Because theyre busy and distracted and dont have the know-how for how to dene the exact target public - we do. Consider the target public the foundation for success as it relates to new relationships and sales. Its rather hard to drive sales if you dont know who youre selling. Of course, if you like spending hoards of money on wasteful efforts and on trying to capture your exact target public using a massive blanket approach, by all means do so. Were willing to bet youd rather not.

The Analogy
Lets say Im a BMW salesperson. There are two angles to take to cause a sale. Our approach would go like this: We would dene the exact target public to know precisely who is the ideal buyer in the area We would locate and nd them to make an introduction We would engage in dialogue and entice them with well crafted material such as videos, elevator pitch PDFs, etc We would discover coincidentally that theyre in the market for a new BMW We would get them interested and reaching, at which point we would route them to our client using our custom CRM dashboard to sell and close All of this would be happening while the other sales reps at the dealership wait for this exact target public to magically walk through the front door because they sent out a postcard or paid for some pay per click ads.
