Assists the PT and SPT with real-time identification and correction of problems. Escalate equipment and product quality issues to the PT or SPT for further evaluation. Assists PT and SPT with minor repairs to equipment. In addition to performing basic tasks to assist the PT and SPT with minor repairs, will retrieve tools and parts required to make repairs and assists with minor spills and clean-up associated with vial breakage. Performs all work in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures. All work is documented in controlled documents (batch records, logbooks or SOP attachments) in accordance with SOP. Responsible for completing all required training and ensuring documentation is accurate, ledgible and complete.

Under the direction of the PT and / or SPT, will conduct room cleaning of production areas. Will transfer rubbish to the transfer zones and may empty transfer zones of rubbish when required. Assists with all line cleaning associated with daily responsibilities. Ensures that components and materials are staged for operations. Responsible for staging components and product for packaging process. Requires proper material handling training and appropriate lift certifications. Responsible for following controlled documents to ensure that the equipment identified for operations (i.e. stopper washers, vial washers, autoclaved, dry heat ovens) are used and documented. This includes verification of equipment calibration.
