How can Obesity be changed

SO now we know how incredibility dangerous obesity is and how it can affect our lives in many different ways. What can we do to change this horrible cycle? Starting with good eating habits, exercise and consistent routine, obese individuals can be on their way to a new, better and healthier life style to fight off this disorder. One of the first steps is creating a weight loss strategy. Most people have more success when they make small changes, one step at a time. For example, someone might eat an extra piece of fruit, walk 10 minutes more, or add more vegetables to your . (Thompson, 2012). This will help from someone being distressed or discouraged from a drastic change all at once. To effectively lose weight, they will need to develop an eating plan to aid in their weight loss. Eat a variety of nutrient-rich food, plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, Eat moderate portions, Eat regular meals, Reduce, don't eliminate certain foods, balance food choices over time and Make changes gradually. (1994) People must realize that changing too much too fast will get in the way of success so every step that is done should be done little by little. Exercise plays a very important role in this as well and besides the obvious challenges of being overweight or obese in our world, when it comes to exercise; plus-sized people have even more obstacles getting in their way. These individuals should be very careful not to distress their bodies and to gradually move up from level to level. Some good exercises to start with may include walking, aqua jogging, group exercises and strength training.
