This project would be incomplete without mentioning the names of respectable people who have guided, supported, and helped me throughout the project. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to my company guide, Mr. Sameer Tungare, HR Manager, TIL, Dewas who helped me to realize the long cherished dream of implementing a quality program in this esteemed organization. I am deeply indebted to my college mentor Prof. Ranjana Patel who had to bear a heavy load of responsibility and concern in bringing this project to a successful end. She acted as the guiding source of light in this vast journey of learning experience of doing the project that really made me learn the real application of the project topic concerned. I would like to give my special thanks to Mrs. Yogeshwari Phatak, Director,PIMR, Indore for her incredible support and help to make this project worthy. PREFACE
Technical Study is Incomplete without the practical knowledge. Now a days theory without practical is of little use. No doubt theory provides the fundamental stone for the guidance of practice but practice examines the element of truth lying in the theory. Therefore a stand coordination of theory and practice is very essential to make an MBA perfect.

As a student of Business Management, I was required to undergo 45 days practical training in the organization of reputed connected with Industry, Trade and Commerce. I was also required to work on some specific research project assigned by the organization.

I completed this practical training at TATA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (TIL), DEWAS. This project report of the work consists of general study of the company and the study of SKILL MATRIX used for TRAINING purpose in the organization.

Full care has been taken to make this report error free yet faults may occur and I hope I shall be excused for the same.

Last but not the least I hope this research work will prove to be of some help and would be applied by TATA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (TIL), DEWAS in formulating an effective and efficient management of TRAINING through the technique of SKILL MATRIX.
