Spoke about the purpose of Sankalp-2012 and also appraised the purpose for forming MTC Global. 3. Prof. Subramanian, Key Note Speaker: Benchmarking Macro Issues. How benchmarking is possible? Bring holistic growth of higher education. Present Status of Institutional Architecture. Role of MTC Global at National and Global level. 4. Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Special Address: Spoke about paradigm Change. What kind of challenge the MBA students are going to face when applying for job? Present job scenario and future promise. Why the engineering colleges boomed? Emphasized on paradigm shift. 5. Mr. K.R. Bagaria, Vice-Chairman, VIT Campus: Spoke about employability. Quality management institutions. Students prefer foreign universities rather than reputed Indian institutions in our country. Need change in the mindset. 6. Panel Discussion-1 1. Dr. Uma Ganesh, Moderator: Defined who the stake holders of the eco-system are. Definition of globalization. Sustainability. Need to look for local and international competition. 2. Ms. Lekha Sishta, Panel Member: Quality of education, Curriculum, ethics and integrity. Managing the existing environment and stake holders.
