Partner and Technical manager in a software services company, has been responsible for the successful completion of a number of critical projects that have helped the company grow including:

At Lonza Biologics, Inc., designed and developed interfaces between SAP and Metler-Toledo systems to capture data between systems and update SAP with WM, QM and PP/PI data. Modified SAP to automatically update WM when production orders were generated and saved. In addition, modified the control recipe process with logic to perform WM transactions. At SudChemie, Inc., worked on QM and PP/PI functional changes for customer to perform tasks automatically from within a single transaction. In addition, wrote reports and programs for data conversion related to upgrades and merging of SAP systems. Design and development of radio frequency programs and screens for use with IM and WM modules of SAP for Sheffield Plastics. Accepted the dual role of functional and technical analyst for the implementation of the WM module of SAP at the local and remote warehouses. Worked in tandem with the Warehouse Managers to define business requirements, analyze what could be used as delivered from SAP, what business processes needed to change, and what SAP processes needed to be modified. In addition to this responsibility, developed and maintained SAPscript forms and programs during the implementation of SAP. Wrote user defined report programs across SD, FI, and WM modules.

Project manager, designer and lead developer of EDI/SAP for Trigem Mexico. Responsible for the implementation of customized SAP/EDI to process all 850, 970, 856 and 940s for order processing with a major computer vendor. In addition, wrote custom programs to meet specific trading partner requirements related build to order processing within a forty-eight hour window and matching external BOMs to internal variant configurations. Designed and developed processes to feed external systems for US customs, production planning, manufacturing, and third party warehousing and shipping. Set up SAP/EDI system including work flow for error notification, configuration, batch scheduling, and automatic FTP processing and mail messages. Performed all project management tasks including scheduling of resources, time and material estimates, project planning and coordination with external system development. Other SAP projects that involved functional and technical expertise included SudChemie, IBM, Lonza Boilogics, IBM. Fresenius Medical Care N/A, DSD/DPD divisions, Symbol Technologies, Inc., GenRad Corporation, Colgate Palmolive, Schneider Electric, Delmarva Power and Light, Stream International, Inc. and NEC Technologies. Technical Project Manager over seventeen people for MAvD in Minneapolis, MN. during the implementation of a new manufacturing application that would be integrated with over twenty other applications. Designed and implemented the addendum data base and interface requirements used by all applications on a mainframe system. Technical manager in Cincinnati, Ohio and Billerica, MA. Supported the customer base via telephone and on-site assistance. Designed a multiplant version of HMS that became a standard offering for the company.
