CONTACT INFORMATION My contact information is Connie Dodson #618-534-2880. 602 Golf Course Rd, Marion, Il 62959 CONDO LOCATION & RESORT INFORMATION Heritage Condo is located in Reunion Resort Off of I-4 Opposite the Champions Gate Development in Osceola County, Florida. 7643 Heritage Crossing Way, Kissimmee, Fl 34747 #201 Bldg 0. First right as soon as you enter Reunion Resort. The unit is located in the one of the last buildings in the complex. CHECK IN & OUT PROCESS The beauty of this condo is there is no check in. You can go straight to the property and start your vacation. Once you arrive to the condo location the key is located in a Locked Box on the front door knocker. I will give you your code for lock box. Unlock door return key to box & use traveling key on kitchen counter for your use. Check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise directed. Once it is time to leave please ensure that the unit is left secured (doors and windows locked). Please place the key back into the lock box, changing the numbers on the dial from code. Please be advised that should you not return the Condo keys, $75 will be charged against your security deposit. SMOKING & PET POLICY There is NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED in the building or unit. No exceptions will be made. Violations are subject to an additional charge of $250 (the expense of necessary cleaning). This will be deducted from your security deposit if you violet procedures. PAYMENT PROCEDURE Full payment is expected before check-in by: Money can be sent through my Fed Ex Acct, Pay Pal or Bank Wire. Money sent from within the United States can be in form of Cashiers check or money order.

DAMAGE POLICY Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy. Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not in the premises. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the unit is prohibited. After Check-Out, the Rental Manager will inspect the unit for damage, missing items, and abnormally dirty appearance. If the Rental Manager determines that damage is present, items are missing, or the unit is abnormally dirty, the Rental Manager will repair the damage, replace the missing items, and/or perform a deep clean of the unit at Renters expense. Renter authorizes Rental Manager to deduct expenses from security deposit. CANCELLATION FEE Should you cancel your definite booking 48 hours prior to arrival, a one nightly fee will be charged, inside of 48 hours, 2 nights fee will be charged and the balance of your payment will be refunded within 5 business days. PRICE BREAKDOWN Shelley and Chris Fineberg April 1-6 2012 Your total bill is $905.00 This is the breakdown: $ 625.00 Condo Rental $ 81.00 County and Tourist Tax $ 135.00 Cleaning Fee $ 250.00 Security Deposit (waived) $ 64.00 Water Park Fee Total $ 905.00 Your Security deposit will be returned to you no later than 5 business days from the date of your departure after unit has been checked for any damage or theft.
