COURSE OBJECTIVES
The objective of the course to first understand an organisation and the framework of its operations. Clear understanding of organization-structure, design, change and thus after organisational change subsequent development.
Understanding organisation-its structure and design Student will be able to analysis the factors contributing towards the structure and design. The learning of this course is to learn to plan and implement change at the individual, group and organisational level. After this course student will develop as potential change agent and organisational development professionals. Understanding of subsequent organisational development.

PEDAGOGY Classes will be through lectures, group discussions, case studies, etc.
GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. Quiz will be held after completion of every Module 2. No negative marking 3. One/Two line Answer 4. Quiz will be from glossary ,which will be provided in every Module 5. Class participation and regularity in the attendance will be given an additional marks up to 5 6. Assignment- groups will be divided into 6
7. For presentation of the case studies , representative of the respective group will be selected randomly 8. Date mentioned for assignment will be required date for submission of the same. Late submission will be penalized with low marks
