About the System:

This is a computerized Media Management System developed to help newspaper business to manage and operate the advertisement,circulation and back o ce transactions in a structured and systematic way. The system validates user errors, does automatic calculations based on prede ned rules, and generates standard operational and nancial reports of advertisement and circulation operations instantly and accurately. As most of the features are automated, the system requires minimum input data and gives maximum output. It is based on a well designed database structure, which e ectively eliminates data redundancy and follows strict data constraints. The system relies on codes where every type of description has a unique code like client code, agent code, o ce executive code, advertisement type code etc.
