Performance Management& Compensation: Responsible for Branch Employee Performance Appraisal for East. Coordinating performance appraisal process for branch employees, ensuring timely and effective completion of appraisals Coaching managers in applying performance management process consistently and effectively.

Facilitate annual compensation normalization process for branch employees. Responsible for Performance Improvement Plan Activity for the Branch Employee. Payroll Administration - Responsible for Salary Processing of New Joiners, Increments, Incentive Payouts, recognitions awards payouts etc.
