It has been a great pleasure for us to make a survey on OTOBI Ltd. We would like to thank our course instructor for giving us this opportunity. Induction is a very important part for us to know the environment of the company. We appreciate the personnel department afford for planning this curriculum. In our induction report we have tried to express all what we have learned in the program and to our keen observation what we feel about the different systems of the company. At least we would like to thank the Chief Executive Officer of OTOBI Ltd... He helped us to find out the information of their internal communication. Also thanks to the employees of OTOBI Ltd. who have extended their hand of cooperation to us in our induction stage. At last we would like to thank our University for giving us the opportunities to complete this assignment.

Executive Summary

Brand is the proprietary visual, emotional, rational, and cultural image that you associate with accompany or a product. E-branding is electronically branding the company, mainly branding over internet. E-branding of OTOBI Ltd. is very cost effective; Employees have less knowledge of E-branding. Customers have lack of knowledge of E-branding. Establishing an online brand as quickly as possible to gain first-mover advantages. Undergoing a systematic process of understanding, attracting, engaging, retaining and learning about target customers. Building stronger relationships through targeting customers with unique messages, unique analysis functionality and unique personalization techniques. Data collected from was done in this report. Hypothesis and Frequency Questionnaires were analyzed by using various statistical tools. Descriptive as well as statistical Distributions were used by SPSS software to justify the e-branding context in Bangladesh. Gradually it is trying to figure out its system fall and weak corner. In spite of many problems, it is the leader of revolution in furniture industry in our country. We hope all the best of this company.
