21st Century Train the Trainer Why this training?
The up side of learning business is that we have now moved on from lecture-based methods of instruction to more learner-friendly methods. This is aimed to improve learners in a variety of ways to increase interest, motivation, learning, and retention. The down side is that it takes time to continuously think of new ways to keep training participants motivated, interested, and involved. And while we struggle with this dilemma, learners have totally different learning expectations that folks did fifty years ago. Where does the change stem from? Whats to focus on in order to get rid of such dilemma? This training is to answer those questions and to give you confidence to grow as a millennial trainer.

Skills Targeted
This training will ensure you to get real buy-in from participants, overcome learning barriers, put learners in a resourceful state, set the stage for success by engaging Reticular Activating System (RAS) in learners brain, orchestrate a dynamic training environment, choose and sequence activities, structure a program effortlessly through the Powerful Learning Compass, facilitate the transfer of information from short-term memory to longterm memory for permanent access back on the job, and practice, practice, and practice!

Objectives
For you not to be trapped in conducting a traditional lecture-based, instructor-centered training. Transform yourself into a trainer with the ability to conduct a dynamic, multi-censory learning to dramatically accelerate learners participant-centered,

acquisition of knowledge and skills.

3 (three) full-days = 24 hours of classroom training. Maximum number of participants = 15.

Once held the position of chairman for HMPPI (Himpunan Manajer Pelatihan Perhotelan Indonesia) in 2008 2009, he has a strong background in training management, customer service, leadership, and motivation.
