Oh So Sweets Boutique

Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Oh So Sweets Boutique. Our goal is to provide exposure to local Utah Artists and create an amazing shopping experience for everyone. Please fill out the vendor application form below to be considered during this selection process for our premiere boutique that will be held at the Davis Conference Center on Saturday Nov. 10th, 2012 from 9:00am-4:30pm. We have limited space, if you are interested please send application in as soon as possible. RULES AND REGULATIONS: Set up for all crafters will be Saturday Nov. 10th at 6:00am. We will be having a meeting that morning at 8:15am to go over details concerning the boutique. Hours of the boutique will be from 9:00am-4:30pm. Teardown will start at 4:45pm. Crafters are responsible for their own displays, backdrops and sidewalls. Our booth size is 6ft wide x 4ft deep, with the option of purchasing additional feet. We have 6x2 banquet size tables available to rent, or you may provide your own. Upon acceptance there will be an entry fee for participation, (fees may vary depending on the size of booth you have chosen), along with a commission of 15% on all sales, with a central checkout. Crafters are asked to volunteer for a 2 hour shift on the day of the boutique, If you are unable to work there will be a $10 fee that will be charged to the vendor. If you are sharing a booth please do not submit two applications. If you would like additional vendor #s there will be a $10.00 fee per extra vendor #. Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here before you know it so we are looking for mostly gifts, crafts, and some light retail. Items that are to be sold must be hand-made or hand-finished by the applicant. If the merchandise is not hand-made, it must have been improved, enhanced, or reworked by the applicant. Some retail will be allowed upon approval. Please make sure you sell only items that have been discussed with the boutique management, if other items are bought in that have not been discussed you will be charged a $200 fine.

**All booths require some kind of backdrop, and side walls. There will NOT be any to rent from the boutique, so you will need to make sure you have something to separate you from the other crafters. If you do NOT have a backdrop and sidewalls on the day of the boutique you will be charged a $25.00 fee. If your application is selected you have 10 days after you are notified to send your payment in. If we do not receive your payment within the 10 days we will not hold your spot and it will be filled. This craft show has been very successful in the past, and we are looking forward to hosting it again. Since it requires time to get a craft show established and well attended, we are asking each of our crafters to do their part in spreading the word, and passing out flyers. We are asking each crafter who is accepted to donate 1 item that will be given to the first 50 customers. We will be having a contest again for all of you crafters, the prize will be given based upon the most creative booth and setup. Thank you for your interest in our boutique.
