(a) Members (cont) Members are admitted upon application and payment of the appropriate fees and dues which are prescribed by the (Board of Directors) and upon authorization of the Chairwoman and/or Owner. All applications are subject to approval and acceptance in a manner authorized by these bylaws.

(b) Approval and Acceptance All applications are subject to approval and acceptance by the (Board of Directors) and upon authorization of Chairwoman and/or Owner, which may, by resolution, vest in the President or those designated by the President in writing, authority to carry out the approval and acceptance of all applications. (c) Term Memberships are issued for a term of one (1) year and, unless earlier terminated, shall expire when such period of time has elapsed. Memberships may be renewed for a new term pursuant to the provisions of these Bylaws and such terms and conditions as may be entered or determined by the (Board of Directors) and upon authorization of Chairwoman and/or Owner. (d) General There shall only be one class or type of membership. Members shall be eligible to vote and each member shall have one (1) vote. All members shall have the same right with respect to voting, dissolution and redemption. No membership maybe transferred. In addition to the rights and privileges offered by the HJTT of WA Organization to all members each member shall have the right to participate in the local membership group of the Regional Offices serving the area where the member resides, & each group member shall be entitled. Purposes: Primary purpose is Theatrical Productions including Motion Films, Youth Development, Talent Contest Agent & Manager for Artists, Athletes, Entertainers, & Other Public Figures. In business since 1986, and over 40 years Nationwide with partner companies in each state. The further investment if deemed beneficial to the best interests of the members , corporation and public toward the positive success of the above-mentioned individual types.

(a) To promote just and uniform medical care nationally or other legislation packages in any way pertaining to sufficient medical care and sufficient Family Healthcare Membership, Medical Care Facilities underwritten under new policies or ownership or use thereof;

(b) To promote and protect the interests of, to combine against and prevent deprivation or infringement upon, and to encourage the association and consultation of, all persons owning Medical Care Extension Indemnified policies or holding memberships in such an association including but not limited to full dental services policies.

(c) Also to advise with and assist members of this corporation in the protection and enforcement of their rights in any manner connected with their ownership of new Health Care Insurance (similar to a 5-year layaway plan) associated in the use of Medical Services under the proposed Extension to and available for Adoption by the Obama Care Free Plan;

(d) To procure or to provide for members of this corporation or the general public, within the State of this incorporated jurisdiction or any 10 Regional geographical areas preparing communities for a fellow NHSCsite approval, Health Education Center, Primary Care Offices, Event Venues such as Payless Shoe Store Health Information Distribution Nationwide, State Offices of Rural Health, Primary Care Associations as categorized. (e) National Health Service Corps of America procurement in categorized regions or elsewhere in any manner whatsoever, such services, assistance, facilities or commodities such as Old Corrugated and Performing Arts Activities and Proceeds from this as may appear desireable, including but not limited to, travel services of all types, finance services, retail or wholesale buying or selling, instructional services, and generally any other service or activity which the Board of Directors (upon authorization of Chairwoman and/or Owner) may deem desireable to further the interests of the Corporation, its members or the public for Health and Safety; (f) To engage in any and all activities which are in the general interest of the HJTT of WA and (AKA) , and public to the corporation in any manner whatsoever as the corporation may deem desireable; to produce and to disseminate information and materials of benefit to community at large; (g) To provide and procure for members of this corporation in any manner whatsoever, all kinds of Insurance and in so doing, to act as agent or broker of any insurance company or other concern; (h) To solicit and contract for and give publicity to all kinds of interests of this corporation, its business, purposes, departments or any of its members;

(i) To borrow or loan money and to buy, sell or otherwise acquire in any manner whatsoever, all kinds of personal property including stocks, bonds, and evidences of indebtedness, which the corporation may deem necessary for the purposes of its perpetual sustenance and evolution in maintenance. (j) To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire, such real estate improved or unimproved, situated anywhere, and to build, construct or otherwise acquire such buildings (or parking lots under blanket purchase agreements or otherwise) thereon, as the corporation may deem desireaable and to dispose of any property owned or acquired with the consent, authorization and agreement of the Chairwoman and/or Owner. (k) The existence of this corporation shall be perpetual. (l) The names and address of the persons who were named, nominated, proposed and nominate as well as appointed in the proposed capacity associated as the first directors or chairwoman of this corporation has been registered and may be subject to change for any reason under the discretion of the Corporations Registered Agent, Owner and Chairwoman.

This corporation not having for its object pecuniary profit, shall have no capital stock. The Name of this Corporation shall be The Hal Jacksons Talented Teens of WA and Dishigrikyan and Sakhi and Lynne Slavskaya and Dishigrikyan/Dishigrikian by Lynne Slavskaya and Vishigrikyan/Vishigrikian by Lynne Slavskaya and Slavskayas Guide to The 2014 Winter Olympics and Riyadh Amena Television and Bismillah Market Theatre and Motion Film
