Introduction: Previously, Malaysia is categorized as the third world country. However, Malaysia has received rapid growth in socioeconomic and advance technologies. The information could be obtained easily anywhere and anytime. World without any barriers allows cultures from other countries and influence the Malaysian especially the youth either positively or negatively. Nowadays, the issue of immorality such as the issue of youth street gangs (Mat Rempit), the issue of bullying and also the issue of sex is a big social problem in this country. This issue has become a major issue in the media and electronic media. Emphasis should be given to issues of immorality, because the rise and fall of a nation is dependent on how the government bodies and non-governmental organizations overcome this issue Illegal.

Motorcycle rider issue (Mat Rempit): Problem of social degeneration as illegal motor racing activities by irresponsible motorists, better known as 'mat rempit' is not a new issue since these symptoms have been around for so long on roads in the country. It is one of the teenagers social problems in Malaysia now. The trend shows the action of riding a motorcycle on the road with a variety of styles can bring ruin. It is not only widely city areas, even in villages. Youth involved in these activities, to find joy, pleasure, fame, money and women. Adolescent craziness is not only dangerous, but increase the rate of motorcycle accidents and deaths on the road.

Bullying issues: The issue of bullying is also a social issue of concern. Commission of bullying is a form of social interaction in which the more dominant individual (the bully) will show aggressive behavior likely to cause discomfort to the person who is less dominant or weak (victims of bullying). Actually there are many reasons why they like bullying. Bullying behavior is also the act of pressing or repressing either physically or psychologically by someone who is more powerful against the powerless person. What is important in defining bullying commission is the existence of unbalanced power between the bully and the victim of bullying. In Malaysia, the issue of bullying is often heard in the schools. Teenagers who have a personality like bullying, usually a gangster when he grows up.

Free Sex issue: Teenagers and sex is another social problem. Free sexual activity among teenagers has become a trend and if there are teenagers who do not know and never have sex said to be 3

conservative and rigid. Sex is not a small issue but has become a cancer among our youth. Effect of sex is sexually transmitted disease known as STDs and AIDS. In addition, the results of free sex, also, the birth of an illegitimate child, which eventually lead to more severe symptoms of abandonment and murder. Man finally became more brutal.

The issue of moral decay among teenagers is a concern. In my opinion among the causes of this problem are; a) Curios and Want to Try: Teenagers are people aged 18 years and below. At this age, they have a high curiosity. Thus whatever new things happening around them will invite curiosity amongst the youth. Indirectly make them feel compelled to try and do the things they should not. b) Peer Influence: Peer influence is a factor that leads to immorality among young people. Good friends, can guide them to good, but if mistaken friends, will influence them to harm. Attitude too trusting people, make gullible youths. Eventually they caught up with immoral living as free sex, bullying and so forth. c) Influence of Mass Media: The mass media also contributed to the occurrence of social problems among teenagers today. There are programs and dramas featuring about promiscuity, reality television programs, and programs that affect the nature of entertainment for young adults with a bad thing. For example, the pattern of interactions of adolescents away from the eastern values, dress codes that are less polite and independent lifestyle. Teens also get to see the stories and pornographic pictures and vibrant with just surfing the internet, watch CDs, magazines and other readily available sources. d) The attitude of the Family: The family institution is important to help prevent the youth from falling into the trap of social problems. The lack of religious guidance and instruction easily cause your child involved in immorality issues. In this case the role of parents is very important, especially as a model for the children. Often busy schedule as a reason parents do not bother the children. Parents should have the time to communicate and to know about their children. They should realize that prayer is very important to parents well-being of children. Hence, one can say that the causes of immorality that is the decline in terms of upbringing, education, guidance and control by a parent or guardian. In addition, stress, attitudes and

involvement in the pursuit of wealth and other social activities cause parents and children with the opportunity to talk, discuss, in close proximity to each other. Among the other causes of immorality is a divorce, frequent quarrels in the family, socioeconomic, household environment that is not harmonious and peaceful could also lead to the mire of moral decay.

Conclusion: Social problems among Malaysian teenagers are the most societal problem in our country which involves directly or indirectly from all members of the community. Teenagers are the main asset countries in the near future, play an important role in national development. Various steps can be taken and implemented, but more importantly parents must play a role and responsibility in overcoming the problem of immorality among the youth. In other words, whatever the steps taken by any party, without the cooperation of parents, this phenomenon would seem intractable. The government should also play their role as top leaders to unite and reach teens through any kind of programs, modules and activities such as Rakan Muda and Youth Hate Drugs. However, these programs should be carefully and continuously with full commitment at all levels including individuals, families, communities, social institutions, rehabilitation institutions, non-governmental organizations, private bodies to ensure the effectiveness of the approach. All this action is essential for unity, tolerance, democracy, morality, tolerance, proactive, progressive love, and justice in line with Vision 2020.
