    CRIM CASE NO. 12 - 35812 F O R: ROBBERY WITH LESS SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES (Under Art. 294, No. 5 of the Revised Penal Code)

    INFORMATION
    The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses Silvestre Gamilla of the crime of ROBBERY with Less Serious Physical Injuries (Under Article 294, paragraph 5 of the Revised Penal Code) committed as follows, to wit: That on or about June 9, 2012 at about 8:45 PM, along Jose Rizal Street, in the City of Bacolold Province of Negros Occidental and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, a recidivist, armed with a 6-inch kitchen knife, with intent to gain and by means of violence and intimidation upon the person of Marian de la Hoya, did, then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, take, rob and carry away with him the latters purse containing the following items, to wit: One (1) Iphone worth P18,000.00; One (1) Ipod Nano worth P10,000.00 Visa Credit Card School ID Cash amounting to 2,500.00 or a the total value of THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P30,500.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, belonging to the herein offended party, to the damage and prejudice of the latter in the aforementioned amount. Act contrary to law. Bacolod City Philippines, June 11, 2012.
