But sometime due to defects, sudd en calls starts coming to the hotline number & then the business personnel need to ensure a quick rush & total check up to the customers household. 2. Weak distribution: The distribution is generally done through the students li

ving in different halls of the University of Dhaka, which sounds good but a key hole to this is the distribution setup is not wide. Having the distribution pers onnel in different areas in the city would help reduce time while delivering as well as reducing risks of losing customer faith. 3. Losing the opportunity of expansion: The demand of the computer, laptops or o ther accessories related to computer is very high. Everyday people are buying di fferent technological goods for their own use. Clickrbd can use this opportunity to expand its business by ensuring a good support to all the divisional areas o f the country. By using the networks & the university base, they can provide the ir products outside Dhaka too. Managing human resource is a big challenge here. Strategic Suggestions to improve: For clickrbd, we propose 1. A good contract with the dealer, ensuring excellent after sales service from their end. 2. Make the website more dynamic 3. Educating the customers with basics of using the device they're buying to red uce the repeat call after the sale. 4. Recruiting more distribution personnel or adjust the distribution strategy in a way that allows the business to give support out of the city 5.
