1. Conduct a suitable experiment on the given single phase transformer and draw the efficiency curve. Also calculate the regulation at 3/5th rated current. 2. By conducting a suitbale experiment on the given D.C. shunt generator, determine the critical resistance at 3/4th rated speed. What should be the value of shunt field resistance to obtain a no load emf of half rated voltage at this speed. 3. Conduct a suitable experiment on the given D.C. compound generator and plot the external characteristics when it is differentially compounded. 4. By conducting a suitable experiment draw the electrical characteristics of the given D.C. series motor. Also draw the efficiency curve. 5. Conduct a load test on the given 3-phase squirrel cage induction motor and obtain the efficiency curve and power factor Vs output curve. 6. Conduct a load test on the given single phase induction motor and plot the efficiency and power factor as a function of output. 7. Conduct a load test on the given alternator and determine the efficiency at 2/5th rated current and 1/2 rated current.
