Proposed Location and Profitability. Financial Capability to be a Program Partner. Management Capability to be a Program Partner. Willingness to Undergo Training and Capacity Enhancement of Staff and Personnel.

What Are The Requirements To Become a Program Partner? Letter of Intent Stating Proposed Location. Business Permits i.e. Barangay Clearance, Mayor s Permit, BIR Registration. Proposed Site including photos and location map & Contract of Lease, if Rented. Financial Documents i.e. Proof of Income & Capacity to Pay for Program Fees. Fully filled-up Program Partner Application Form

What Processes Are Involved in Becoming A Program Partner? Application Forms along with Pre-requisite Documents are submitted to N4EJ Area Program Manager. Area Program Managers conducts Readiness Assessment within 7 working days. Application is approved by Program Managers and submitted to Head Office for final approval and commissioning. Depending on the Readiness Assessment, N4EJ Program Partner signs the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and pays necessary Program Activation Fee and Program Maintenance Fees in 24 equal installments corresponding to a 2 year Contract.

Upon Payment, How Soon Can the N4EJ Branch be Activated? Once all requisites are complied. A Job Order to commission the site is given. A maximum of 15 working days to activate is then given from the date of the Job Order, on the condition that:
All civil works and electrical works are finished. Broadband Connectivity is available already onsite. All Business Permits and Clearances are complied with.

Why 15 Working Days? Immediately after the Job Order is released a site survey is done by N4EJ Personnel within the first 5 working days. Immediately after the Job Order is released, Program Partners & their staff are invited for a 5-10 day Capacity Enhancement Training to fully understand the N4EJ Vision, Mission, Goals and Operational Processes to ensure profitability and quality of service of the particular branch. Simultaneously PCs, Chairs & Tables, Peripherals and Switches and LAN Cabling is undertaken during this time. Field Testing and signal testing are also done during this period.

What Are The Inclusions in the N4EJ Program?
N4EJ is a turn-key Program that includes the following components: Hardware. All hardware needed to run the Branch. Software. All software to manage the enterprise & sell services. Capacity Enhancement Training. Training to ensure quality and sustainability. Advertising & Promotions. Marketing tools to market each Branch. Inventories (Consumables). Inventories to start & sustain the branch Operations.

How Long Is the Program Duration? Each Program Partner is enrolled into the Program for 2 years or 24 months. Upon reaching 2 years, Program upgrades are introduced to enable Partners to enhance their enterprise. If a Partner wants to continue in the Program, he/she signs up for a new Upgraded Package for another 3 years.
