    NOTICE

    Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal; Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent REMOVAL OF IMPLIED RIGHT OF ACCESS to the Property: (your address) Notice is hereby given that Implied Right of Access to the above named Property along with all associated properties therein, including, but not limited to, any private conveyance in respect of the following have been removed and will apply to any Employee, Agent, Principal, Third Party and/or other Persons.
