48 hours shift system Control and supervise all operations and maintenance activities in the respective area of BHS to ensure system availability according to demand. Control and supervision of 6 Supervisors and 50 Lead-/Technicians (electrical / mechanical) and Maintenance/Filed Operators per shift. Responsible for full compliance with any QHSE standard of both, Dubai International Airport and Company internally. Control and supervision of all operations and maintenance activities to achieve overall target of system availability in respective area. Control and monitor the BHS network and material flow with the use of SCADA and CCTV systems

Summary

Area of Responsibility and Accountability :

Ensure proper communication from control room to field supervisors/technicians for proper fault finding. In case of system anomaly provide technical advice to Field Supervisor/Lead technician as basis for any operational decisions. Ensure proper hand over/takeover of shifts with all information/ongoing works passed on to the next shift Supervisor. Log all the daily activities and anomalies in the log book Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure at all times .and ensuring appropriate precautions are maintained at all times during the working hours Minimum of Graduate in Electric or Mechanical or Electronic Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic degree years with minimum 3 years experience or alternatively a Diploma graduate with minimum of 4 years experience in similar field and communication skills in English. Good understanding of "SCADA"/"PLC" systems required. Mandatory to communicate in English language and important to have worked in different cultural areas adapting to the cultural work ethics. Must be a team player with good leadership skills.

Lead Maintenance Technician (electrical / mechanical)

60 hours/week shift system Leading a team of Technicians (electric/mechanic) and fully productive execution of all maintenance & operation tasks of a Baggage Handling System to ensure uninterrupted operations in line with QHSE requirements. Leads a team of Technicians and executes preventive/corrective maintenance according to the instruction given by the Supervisor. Carries out periodical maintenance inspections stating on the Daily report. Ensures quality and Safety in execution of services. In the event of a baggage jam or any other problem in their work area they will immediately intervene, in line with the procedure applicable and in close co-ordination with the control room

Ensure means of communications is available all the time and remain in close communication with his supervisor and other staff of BHS Analyze and seeks for continuous improvements on the field by reporting anomalies to the Supervisors and O&M Engineer. Takes charge of the tools required for the shifts job task and ensure their proper usage and maintenance Adheres all safety rules, regulations and take appropriate precautions at all times during his working hours

Education and training Communication skills :

Summary

Execution of all maintenance & operation tasks of a Baggage Handling System to ensure uninterrupted operations with fully compliance to SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations. 1. Executes preventive & Corrective maintenance accordingly to the instruction given by the Supervisor with fully compliance to SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations. 2. Usage of suitable PPE for work, safety fencing/cover/door opened for any work/reason must be closed immediately after completion of the task before the machine is turned live. Carries out periodical checks/maintenance inspections stating on the check list. 3. Understanding all Mechanical Components in the System, fault analysis & troubleshooting, belt conveyors, diverters. 4. In the event of a baggage jam or any other problem in their work area they will immediately intervene, in line with the procedure applicable and in close co-ordination with the control room 5. Ensure means of communications is available all the time and remain in close communication with his supervisor and other staff of BHS 6. Analyze and seeks for continuous improvements on the field 7. Proper handling /taking over of all the tools /job tasks during start/ end of the shift 8. Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

48 hours shift system Control and supervise all preventive maintenance activities or operations in the BHS to ensure constant system availability in line with the Quality and Safety requirements. Responsible for supervising and monitoring all related tasks of the Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities or operations of the BHS and Material Handling System in line with related Standard Operating Procedures. Liable for decision making process to overcome any operational impact in terms of both, processing of bags and technical solution. Responsible to prepare daily maintenance reports and documentation of work orders. Enable maintenance teams to perform tasks by providing all administrative support and technical expertise together with O&M Engineer.

Summary

Area of Responsibility and Accountability :

Daily manpower allocation according to work orders, generating the maintenance reports and troubleshooting of any mechanical/ electrical anomaly. Provide technical expertise to ensure/increase quality of services. Familiar with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS). Ensure proper handing over/take over of shifts with all information/ongoing works passed on to the next shift Supervisor. Ensure appropriate precautions are taken as per standards at all times during his working hours and responsible for maintaining a clean work area during and after the maintenance. Ensure safety fencing/cover/door opened for any work/reason closed immediately after completion of the task before the machine is turned live. Leading groups of technicians and being liable for them. Minimum of Graduate in Electric or Mechanical or Electronic Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic degree years with minimum 3 years experience or alternatively a Diploma graduate with minimum of 4 years experience in similar field and communication skills in English. Good understanding of MAXIMO module "Work-order Management" required.

O&M Engineer

Summary

Control and supervision of all operations and maintenance activities to achieve overall target of system availability in respective area. In case of system anomaly provide technical advice to BHIS Engineer/O&M Manager as basis for any operations decision. Escalate and resolve any upcoming issue due to non-availability of supplies to minimize impact on preventive/corrective maintenance based on advice of CAMM operator. Perform analysis based on MAXIMO data to identify root cause of technical issues in order to improve service activities and/or efficiency. Ensure that requirement of DA QHSE department are adhere to all staff and take appropriate precautions at all times during his working hours and responsible for maintaining a clean work area during and after the maintenance. Responsible for full compliance with any QHSE standard of both, Dubai International Airport and Siemens internally. Responsible for any Human Resource related activity for own staff. This includes identification of training needs and respective measures as well as adequate leave planning over the calendar year.

IT SPECIALIST

Incumbent must be a qualified software engineer with Oracle OCP / JAVA / SQL program certification preferred. Applicants with minimum 5 years experience in the software field with good knowledge in Oracle Database, hands on experience on C, C++, Java, familiar with crystal reports and VBA Automation. PLC IT interface knowledge will be advantage.
