That human near the murder was NEVER apprehended by dozens of Police who covered the area. WHY? Maybe it was Parole Officer Brad Triplett (who was messing around with Timbrooks wife)? Bell was two houses away when the shots were fired killing Timbrook.

Parole Officer Brad Triplett was seen by an eye-witness take a gun from his pants and go into the alley where Ricky Timbrook went moments before....he was shot dead.
