The modern business world is smartness-driven and hence organizations, big or small now pay more attention on their strategic positioning in the market they are operating in. since change in lifestyle is faster than what it was predicted , it offers tough challenge for the marketers at one end while a vast customer base at the other. To tap this vast opportunity, the business organization needs a robust tactical approach; an in-depth analysis of their Business Model is the first Foundation stone on which a sustainable business can be built. BMW -The Business lab is an initiative in the same direction. Its a true Manager Building exercise where teams are required to understand the Business Model of the company and undertake an audit of to prepare a snapshot of their business and project the growth for the future. To get a better insight they will be working with the organizations assigned official for 7 days for knowing each and every nuke and corner of not only the business assigned but its environment as well. After thoughtful and interactive insights from their Business mentors they need to analysis their Business Model to

Write a case on the assigned company after undertaking a thorough analysis based on guidelines mentioned hereunder.

Undertake a comprehensive SWOT in the form of presentation where respective Company's officials will judge each insight critically and assign marks accordingly.
