Total quality management is one of the key element oriented approaches in many organisations. In the present era, it is generally acknowledge in many manufacturing industry needs to established quality oriented in their business to survive in the supremacy world. This is one main reason quality has become the most important factor in the competitive market. Most of the organisation had realized it is basic key development tools towards in the success. It gives a clear picture to organisations to set up their strategic goals and aims towards continuous improvement in products and services. TQM emphasized on top management commitment and its philosophy, customer services benchmarking, process improvement and quality oriented measurement. The aim of any organisation business depends on long-term profit. Therefore, over a considerable length of time every organisation in the industry to pleased their customers satisfy in every way by giving the right product on right time by minimising their price. There fore every top mangers needs to understand the quality of service to achieve high level of products and services in the high level of competition in worldwide. Every customer demands high level of quality products in the present era by reasonable price. Every organisation makes effort to complete the customer demands by maintaining high quality of their products in hustle and bustle world. In every organisation is trying almost in every kind of industry either its manufacturing or automotive to increased the efficiency by reducing their cost for products and services by implementing the TQM tools and

The aim of this project and evaluate all the necessary work which to bring the projects in a high level of performance. It would achieve by assessing and reviewing the projects in terms of TQM and then seen the best practices and how it would be developed areas of improvements in present era This project delivers the TQM in Germashipping company will help to define customer requirement, understand its organisational capabilities, evaluates its competitors performance, determine what management they need to achieve its quality in their competitors in the market. This project is applicable in kind of industry and organisational to increase its TQM.

Now a day they total quality management has captured worldwide market in both profit and non-profit wise. Most of the organisation around the world conducts an organisational development program to enhance their quality. They should implement some innovation to upgrade its quality. Otherwise, they will loose their customers in the market. AS being employees in the Germashipping company, they also need to implement some new techniques to maintain their quality against their competitors in the market. I want give some suggestion to rapid their business in quality wise. This thing motivated me to take this topic.

Research Overall methodology and research design In first part of the dissertation, based upon the literature review by using different books, journals, case studies, newspaper, Total quality management, surfing the internet material, and library resources. The second part contains on the real case study .it will based upon a questionnaire. The author will send it to company. on the base of those questionnaire the author will analyzed to analysis related to TQM It also based upon recommendation and proposed solution, which is the response of the questionnaire.
