An experience become when an company services as stage and goods prope to involve individual customer to creat unforgetable event. Commodities are fungible,goods tangible,services are itangeble experience memorable. Experience is different in different individuals mind.he has engaged on an emotional,physical,intellectual or spirtual level. Experience have always at the heart of entertainment as walt Disenydoen by giving threat and adventruse entertainment. New technology amusment parks,engague new generation with entertainment with internet chat rooms,multi players games,motion based simulators,and virtual rality. First time companies gave different offers to their different cutomers to engage them with their goods & services. If a company asking extra fee for admission he should have to provide competitive enviorment he ist he providing all that facalities what he promisses? Focus on competitive enviorment company should focus on products features,packaging etc.there must be some feater which no one else is provding and provide different experience to their cutomers. It is easy to enter in experience if first entered than its to maintain,companies should retain customers its not so easy any way also think about the market long time profit which is very necaery for companies experience.
