Superb fruit was night-harvested and barrel-fermented to create abundant fresh fruit flavours and moderate oak characters. Blended with a little Semillon to add character and depth of flavour. It has delightful fresh ripe fruity aromas and flavours and a zesty crisp dry finish. Rich ripe berry and oak aromas; lingering berries, soft American oak, long smooth tannins and balanced acid on the palate; a full-bodied wine. Blended from grapes from several SA regions; light peppery aromas, wellblended and softly textured flavours of pepper and spice. Made from delicate cool-climate fruit.
