Are you curious about the Winter Regional Conferences of AIESEC in Germany? Do you want to contribute to the success in one or more Winter Regional Conferences?
If you are reading this you certainly are interested in applying as a facilitator for one or more winter regional conferences in AIESEC Germany. Please read the following application form carefully. It contains basic information about dates, location and contact data as well as the content of the workshops. Please note that all our conferences are open to international facilitators from all over the world.

The announcement of the facilitators will be on 22nd November 2012. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to approach us. We are looking forward to receiving your application and rocking the Winter Regional Conferences with you! We trust in your ability and your motivation as a facilitator to create a unique conference experience for our delegates!
Requirements
In order to make the regional conferences a unique experience for all our delegates as well as for the conference team we do have some expectations towards the facilitators. Please read them before applying for a conference. We rely on your ability to fulfill all the requirements if we select you! Attending pre and postmeeting o Premeeting starts on Thursday (between 3-4 pm; you will be notified in advance by the conference manager) o Postmeeting is on Sunday after the closing Experience in facilitating and passion for developing individuals Time dedication before the conference for session development and preparation Be active in the conference fun team Be a role model Participation in a TtT
Conference Concept
All three Winter Regional Conferences work with the same concept. Concept for EBs: EBs will remain in their regular functional track for the whole conference Concept for members: Members will apply also remain in their desired track for the whole conference
Conference Agenda
The agenda will be created by the conference managers and sent to the facilitators along with the facilitators announcement. Please be aware that you prepare your workshop agenda beforehand in order to send it to the delegates for further information.

Additional Information
Please note that every facilitator has to pay the FEE II (5/day) to cover costs for snacks/drinks during the evening. Accommodation and meals will be covered. The deposit (10), payable during checkin, will be handed back to you during check-out. Travel Costs: We will be able to support you up to 60. If you have higher travel costs, you have to cover anything above the 60. Please note that the deadline for your application is Nov 6th 11:59pm (GMT +1) sharp. If you hand in your application delayed, you will be waitlisted, however we cant guarantee you to consider your application then. Please be assured that we as Regional Coordinators and Conference Managers do our best to make the application and selection process and the preparation of the conference as smooth as possible. If you have feedback/additional remarks, please feel free to contact us any time. We will try to consider every preference you express, but we also count on your understanding and flexibility if we face difficulties to meet our demand. If the facilitating opportunities differ from your preference, we will contact you directly.
