New Invention
V-TIE is a revolutionized Three Dimensional Interlocking Anchors system specially design as a solution to multi application of anchoring works. It is an engineering component design as a system for light, medium and heavy duty anchoring works. The followings are some of the recommended applications: Soil Nailing Anchoring Retaining Wall Anchoring Sheet Pile Anchoring Wall panels River/ Channel Embankment Anchoring Telecommunications / Power Post support Landscape & Environmental Works Suspended Bridges Anchoring Advertising post support Tensile Structure Etc.

Comparison with Conventional Soil Anchor

V-TIE

Conventional Soil Anchor

Once launch into the ground, additional forces are required to open up the plate, setting it into position to be effective.

Opening Anchor Wings/Plate Once launch into the ground, V-TIE uses own wings friction to open up once the cable are pull back, setting it into position to be effective.

Designing for higher Capacity Two or Multiple interlocking system of the same size is use for higher loading.

Bigger component to be used for higher loading.

Effective coverage/ Frustum are only parallel to the plate depending on the plate size Require more points to ensure coverage.

Effective coverage/ Frustum Effective coverage/ Frustum are in three dimensional as in cone shape. Since each points coverage are wider, less points required for design thus less disturbance to the existing conditions Controlling Workmanship On Site Designs of wings are symmetrical. The device will always be in a position as the wings open up simultaneously in balance once stretch force applied.

The more disturbance to the site condition. Once launch inside the soil, the turning position of plate cannot be determined. Some time it is very hard to determine whether the plate is open to position Cast using sand mold.

V-TIE Anchoring Concept

Driven earth anchoring systems are now well proven and recognized in the field of Civil engineering. They area lightlightweight, cost effective alternative to traditional methods of anchoring. Tension cable or reinforcement Active Zone

V-TIE Anchor Special Features

1. Easy Installation application with less disturbances to the existing soil conditions 2. Wider cone range frustum or effective area coverage. 3. Expanded Interlocking components provides opportunity to increase the final loading determined 4. Aerodynamics shape gives better penetration, while the three blade wings arrow shape provides a stable anchoring. 5. Customize design to work in a unique situation and applications where working areas are limited.

reduction of unskilled workers, less wastage, less volume of materials, increased environmental and promote a safer and more organized construction site, and reduces the completion time of construction. construction site cleanliness and better quality control, among others.

All Government Projects - mandatory to use IBS not less than 70%
It is interesting to note that the term Industrialized Building Systems (IBS) is often misinterpreted as systems limited only for the construction of buildings. In fact, IBS covers all types of structures as the word building actually relates to constructing. IBS may be defined as construction systems in which components are manufactured in a factory, on or off site, positioned and assembled into a structure with minimal additional site works
