Facilitated community meetings at each of the five city precincts. 3-5 priorities/concerns identified. Attendees will be asked to self-select if they want to continue the process as a precinct delegate or alternate in Phase III.
Hold 5-15 small group conversations per precinct using existing neighborhood or affinity groups. Data Analysis of top priorities from these conversations prepared before Phase III precinct-summits. Policy level review of top 3-5 priorities. Attendees will be asked from Phase II if they want to continue in the process as a precinct delegate or alternate for Phase III.
Convene delegates at the precinct level. Learn about best practices. Hear about what actions have been taken thus far by the Police Department and the Mayors Office. Focus on the information provided by the community and create a focused set of recommendations for action.
Report back to the community. Report out prioritized concerns from Phases I-III to the community. Report changes that are being implemented in the Police Department and other city departments. Report out actions the Mayors Office has taken. Identify next steps.
