VENMAR CES, INC.'S NOTICE OF RECLAMATION DEMAND
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Venmar CES, Inc. ("Venmar"), pursuant to section 546 of
title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"), and all applicable non-bankruptcy
law, served on March 7, 2011, a written reclamation demand (the "Reclamation Demand") on
the above-captioned debtor ("Debtor") and its counsel, without prejudice to other rights and
remedies available to V enmar at law or in equity. Pursuant to the Reclamation Demand, V enmar
has demanded that the Debtor identify and segregate the goods identified in the Reclamation
Demand and return the same to Venmar. A copy of the Reclamation Demand is attached hereto
as Exhibit A and is incorporated herein by reference.

This firm represents Venmar CBS, Inc. ("Venmar"), and has been authorized to
send this reclamation demand ("Reclamation Demand") on behalf of Venmar. We
understand that Lehr Construction, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a petition under chapter 11 of
the United States Bankruptcy Code ("Bankruptcy Code") on or about February 21, 2011
("Petition Date").
Pursuant to Section 546( c) of the Bankruptcy Code (and all applicable non-
bankruptcy law, including, without limitation, Section 2-702 of the Uniform Commercial
Code), Venmar hereby formally demands reclamation of all goods ("Reclamation
Goods") of any kind or character delivered by V enmar or any of its affiliates to the
Debtor within forty-five (45) days before the Petition Date.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this demand includes those
Reclamation Goods more particularly described in the invoice that is enclosed herewith
as Exhibit 1. V enmar sold the Reclamation Goods to the Debtor in the ordinary course of
business within the time period described above. See proof of delivery enclosed herewith
as Exhibit 2. The value ofthe Reclamation Goods totals $218,500.08.
By this letter, the Debtor is instructed to immediately inventory the Reclamation
Goods and keep the Reclamation Goods segregated from all other inventory. Please
contact the undersigned for further instructions in connection with the return of the

Reclamation Goods. In light of the Debtor's bankruptcy filing, you are notified that all
Reclamation Goods subject to our right of reclamation must be protected and segregated
by you and shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever except those specifically
authorized following notice and a hearing by the Bankruptcy Court.
V enmar reserves the right to further amend or supplement this Reclamation
Demand, including providing additional evidence in support hereof or submitting
additional notices or claims, including, but not limited to, claims arising under Section
503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code for the value of goods Venmar provided to the Debtor
within the twenty (20) days immediately prior to the Petition Date. Upon information
and belief, Venmar's claim under Section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code is at least
$218,500.08.
This Reclamation Demand is not intended to be and shall not be construed as: (1)
an election of remedy; (2) waiver of any past, present or future defaults; or (3) a waiver
or limitation of any rights of V enmar. Should you have any questions regarding the
foregoing, please do not hesitate to contact me.
