objections or responses thereto; and the Court having considered the Declaration of David Robson in Support of the Debtors' Twelfth Omnibus Objection (Substantive) to Certain (A) Overstated and (B) Overstated and Reclassified Claims and Motion to (I) Reduce or Expunge or (II) Reclassify and Ileduce or Expunge Such Claims; and the Court finding that (a) the Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. $$ 157 and 1334, and (b) notice of the Twelfth Omnibus Objection
was sufficient under the circumstances; and the Court having determined that the legal and factual
bases set forth in the

Twelfth Omnibus Objection establish just cause for the relief granted herein;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

hereto are hereby reduced to the amounts

The Claims listed on Exhibit

2 hereto are hereby reclassified to the

classification set forth in the column entitled "Allowed Nature." and are reduced to the amounts listed on Exhibit 2 hereto under the column entitled "Allowed Amount." To the extent the amount

in the column "Allowed Amount" is $0.00, such Claims are hereby disallowed and expunged in
their entirety.

The Twelfth Omnibus Objection, as it relates to (a) Claim No. 4918 filed by

Nike USA Inc., (b) Claim Nos. 5362 and 4542 filed by DDR MDT MV Antioch LP, and (c) Claim

No. 7391 filed by Alameda County Tax Collector, is hereby withdrawn.

This Order is without prejudice to the right of the Debtors or any other party-

in-interest to object to any of the Claims affected hereby on any non-substantive grounds or any
other claim on any grounds whatsoever.
