Important:
(i) Nomination form duly filled, affixed photo, stamped and signature by Auth. Dealer must reach our Area / Regional office 15 days before commencing the Training Course. (ii) Trainee should report at Training Centre at 9.15 AM before starting the program. Late reporting will not be accepted, plan journey accordingly. Address of Guest house at Faridabad for stay of trainees is given below. (iii) Trainee must be able to read and write. (iv) Trainee must carry his valid driving licence during Training Course. (v) Trainee must carry his ID card issued by his company or authority letter on Co's Letter head or copy of this nomination form while reporting for training for identification / security purpose. (vi) Trainee should come in their proper uniform & shoes. Slippers / Chapples are not allowed. (vii) Maintaining the discipline during training & obey rules is highly appreciated from trainees. (viii) Trainee should have sufficient fund / money with them to meet out his miscellaneous expenses. We recommend that do not bring valuables with him & take all necessary measures to protect his belongings.
